The color white has always been symbolic of purity and virtue.
The elegant white rose symbolizes purity, virtue, sincerity, chastity, innocence, and humility. It symbolizes a love that is unaware of temptation, a pure and untainted love.
The white rose communicates a secret promise between the giver and the recipient. So if you want to tell someone your love is true and pure, an everlasting eternal love, give them a white rose.

Christina Ochsner was born in Houston, TX where she studied photography at G.W. Carver high under Dave Renner. She worked on B&W photography, developed her own film and photos. Christina now lives in Sacramento, CA where she continues the art of photography. Now she does both color and B&W. As much as she misses the darkroom, she is learning the digital world of photography. She hopes to one day have a darkroom of her own where she can still enjoy the old with the new. Christina favors B&W photography but also loves colorful nature photography. She hopes to captivate her audience with the beauty of the world the way she sees it.
